Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to improve our existing email marketing and implement new campaigns across multiple departments, and to take ownership of the performance of email as a marketing channel.

Who You Are

You will live and breathe email as a medium, and know the difference between good and great when it comes to open rates and click through rates. You are happy to work with multiple departments to deliver campaigns that have more than one business requirement, but know when to make a case for multiple email flows for improved outcomes.

What You Will Do

You will own and manage email activity across a number of stages of the user funnel, and report on and optimise all activity. You will:

  • Be responsible for the content of every systematic email sent
  • Work with different teams to help them achieve their goals using email campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize the email KPIs for every email flow created
  • Work with copywriters and the content team to deliver amazing emails
  • Find new ways to leverage email within the existing marketing activity
  • Own and grow the various email lists needed for different marketing activities

Skills needed for this role

  • Experience with Hubspot and other email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of how and when to acquire email addresses from visitors
  • Understanding of the various stages of the typical digital marketing funnels
  • Ability to undertake analysis, provide insight, and communicate results
