Who are you: 

You are dynamic with high-energy and are looking for a chance to work in a high growth SaaS business. You have great communication and relationship building skills and a natural aptitude for assessing what a prospect’s pain points are and bringing them on the journey of the benefits our products can bring. 


What you will do: 

  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales team.  This includes optimizing lead flow, ensuring data integrity, organizing/pulling together sales enablement content, and supporting lead generation activities such as participation at events
  • Serve as a primary systems administrator on our CRM Hubspot environment
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks

  • Analyse metrics and convert data trends into actionable tactics for improving sales
  • Generate accurate and insightful sales forecast and performance reporting
  • Manage campaigns and projects to ensure smooth rollout across teams. 
  • Calculate monthly sales commission
  • Build relationships with finance, marketing and tech teams to ensure success


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a software/tech organisation with a mix of sales operation and data analysis 
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Analytics and reporting expertise
  • Experience with financial systems
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude and a growth mindset
